· In email, text, electronic messages, telephone calls, and other communications between you and us.
· When you interact with applications on third-party websites and services we work with (such as taking a personality test on a third-party platform) if such third-party website or service includes a link to this Policy.
· Through inquiries about or engagement in our coaching and consulting services.
For the purposes of this Policy, “Services” includes our Website, our coaching and consulting services (including the analysis of tests taken through third-party services), and our interactions with you in context of any of the above.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party (including our affiliates or third-party service providers) through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from our Website. For example, this includes data a third party may collect when you click on a hyperlink in a blog post or press release on our Website that takes you to a third-party website, or how a third-party provider of a personality test may use the data you provide when taking the test.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to interact with our Services. By accessing or using our Website, corresponding or inquiring with us, engaging our services, or clicking a checkbox when the option is made available to you, you agree to this Policy. Children Under the Age of 18
Our Services are not intended for children. No one under age 18 is permitted to provide any information to or on our Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (defined below) from children. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our Website. Do not, through any of its features, register on our Website, use any of the interactive features of our Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. · Records and copies of your correspondence (including any information you provide to us therein) if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys and personality tests (including those taken through third-party service providers) that you complete as part of our Services or for research purposes.
Information obtained in the process of negotiating a service contract or other transaction with you, which may require you to provide additional information, such as financial information.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

These tools collect data such as IP addresses, company names, and publicly available business contact information. This information helps us understand which companies are interested in our Services and allows us to tailor our marketing and sales efforts accordingly. The data collected is used to enhance our understanding of business interactions with our Website and improve our service delivery, without converting general Website users into Personal Information unless such information is part of a publicly available business profile.

· Lead Forensics. Lead Forensics uses a cookie to identify business visitors to our Website. This cookie collects and analyzes data such as IP addresses, company names, and publicly available business contact information to help us understand which companies are interested in our Services. We do not control Lead Forensics’ tracking technologies or how Lead Forensics may use them. Lead Forensics’ ability to use and share information collected about your visits to our Website is governed by Lead Forensics’ Master Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. · HubSpot Integration. Our website uses HubSpot to manage lead data from interactions such as downloading whitepapers or submitting forms. When you engage in these activities, the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, company name, job title) is captured and stored in HubSpot’s Customer Relationship Management software. This allows us to follow up on your interest, provide you with relevant content, and enhance your experience with our Services. HubSpot also helps us track your interactions with our Website, such as the pages you visit and the frequency of your visits, enabling us to tailor our communications and marketing efforts. We do not control HubSpot’s tracking technologies or how HubSpot may use them. We may disclose Aggregated Information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

Promotional Offers from the Company. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may click unsubscribe in the email or send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Your State Privacy Rights
If applicable, state consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their Personal Information. Please know that we do not currently trigger the applicability thresholds of current state-specific consumer privacy laws. We do not sell your Personal Information, nor do we process it for targeted advertising or profiling. Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
