Alexis Bustamante is an Operations Associate, Client Engagement at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that partners with visionary leaders and organizations on a mission to transform healthcare in America. Serving clients from private equity-backed companies to mission-driven non-profits, she has contributed to foundational consulting engagements spanning leadership development, organizational development, employee engagement, executive coaching, and culture building.

Driven by a deep curiosity and genuine love for people, Alexis fosters meaningful connections with clients, colleagues, and partners alike. Amidst a landscape that continues to greenlight remote and hybrid work arrangements, she believes in the importance of intentional efforts to build authentic relationships and express humanity during professional interactions.

Alexis holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from California Baptist University in Riverside and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from California State University-San Bernardino. During her studies, she conducted research on the spillover effects of work-life balance on child development and relational skills, as well as on leadership styles critical to organizational success.

PERSONAL

A Southern California native, Alexis currently resides in Orange County, just 15 minutes from the beach. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to diverse landscapes, exploring new hobbies like surfing and pickleball, and embracing outdoor adventures such as trail running, hiking, and mountain biking.
