Throughout her career, Briana has created client value in the areas of strategy, project management, client engagement, and operations, advising clients including the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the intelligence community. From her unique experiences, Briana delivers a wide range of value to her clients, from multi-phase project management to leveraging relationships to drive value creation. As a trusted advisor and partner, she brings a proven ability to manage complex programs, react quickly in rapidly changing business environments, and ensure client engagement and success throughout a project lifecycle.

Briana earned a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.

EXPERIENCE

Briana Rose is Director of Client Engagement at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that creates world-class business results at the intersection of humanity and high performance. A proven customer success leader, Briana brings nearly 20 years of experience building elite teams in both the Federal Government and the Public Sector.

Before joining FMG Leading, Briana served as Head of Customer Strategy & Operations, Government Solutions at Elliptic, a blockchain analytics and crypto compliance and investigative software company, where she led the strategy and operations teams. In this role, she helped position the company’s services for both current public sector customers and prospects as they navigated the complex challenges in the compliance and regulatory space. Briana also served as Director of Customer Success at Decision Lens, where she led the Federal vertical, supporting the long-term success of the company’s Department of Defense (DOD), federal civilian, and intelligence community clients, helping them modernize their approaches to prioritizing, planning, and funding strategic initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Briana served as Associate Manager of DOD and Intel Community consulting with Accenture, where she was a planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) expert, leveraging methodologies and resources to provide capabilities necessary to accomplish the Department’s missions. She has also held various consulting, advisory, and analyst positions with agencies serving the Army, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and a range of other government branches and departments.

From her unique experiences, Briana delivers a wide range of value to her clients, from multi-phase project management to leveraging relationships to drive value creation. As a trusted advisor and partner, she brings a proven ability to manage complex programs, react quickly in rapidly changing business environments, and ensure client engagement and success throughout a project lifecycle.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Briana volunteers with Girls on the Run, an organization that inspires girls to build confidence and other important life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and physical activity.

Briana earned a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.

PERSONAL

Raised in an Army family, Briana has lived around the world, and now calls Kensington, Maryland home. She lives with her two children and their rescue dog, Stitch. When not working, Briana enjoys both doing and talking extensively about CrossFit, multi-mile walks with Stitch, and watching bad reality TV.
