Senior Executive Assistant and Manager, Office of the CEO

Chloe brings two decades of experience in C-Suite administrative services, customer support, and event planning to FMG Leading.

She previously worked at the Fermanian School of Business at PLNU in San Diego, where she provided operations support to 30 full-time and adjunct professors, 400 undergraduate business students, and numerous constituents and stakeholders of the school. In her current role, Chloe is responsible for providing administrative and business support to FMG Leading’s CEO and Board of Directors. She also manages the San Diego office, serving as the primary point of contact for any administrative, logistical or technical needs related to the office functioning. 

Chloe earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and an Elementary Education teaching certificate from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan.

EXPERIENCE

Chloe Sparacino is the Senior Executive Assistant and Manager, Office of the CEO at FMG Leading, a team of advisors and coaches who help clients achieve breakthrough performance through world-class human capital strategy. Chloe brings two decades of experience in C-Suite administrative services, customer support, and event planning. Chloe came to FMG Leading from the Fermanian School of Business at PLNU in San Diego. As the business assistant, she provided operations support to 30 full-time and adjunct professors, 400 undergraduate business students, and numerous constituents and stakeholders of the school, while providing leadership and decision-making in the organization and execution of all undergraduate business events.

Prior to her work in higher education, Chloe was the Executive Assistant to the Executive Music Producer at PrimalScream Music at the Village Recorder in West Los Angeles, California, a world famous LA recording complex housed in a vintage Masonic Temple, home to landmark sessions by music's legends. In addition, Chloe has gained valuable business experience as the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Precedent and Executive Assistant to the CFO at American Community Mutual in Livonia, Michigan. She began her career in administration and customer service as a temporary Executive Assistant for long term assignments at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California, and at J. Walter Thompson advertising agency and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young consulting in Detroit, Michigan.

In her current role, Chloe is responsible for providing critical administrative and business support to the office of the CEO at FMG Leading, and the firm’s administrative team. This includes managing all scheduling needs, travel and meeting logistics, and FMG Leading event planning and coordination. She also manages the San Diego office, serving as the primary point of contact for any administrative, logistical or technical needs related to office operations and often, client relations.

Chloe has published numerous poems and personal essays for Manor House Quarterly, San Diego Writers Ink, Driftwood Creative Arts Journal, and Viewpoint magazine.

PERSONAL

Originally from Los Angeles, Chloe resides in San Diego, California and enjoys horseback riding, surfing, creative writing, and checking out the local music scene.
