Chris brings an intense curiosity to his customer relationships, seeking first to understand their business context and specific needs. His dynamic interpersonal skills help him build meaningful, long-term relationships with his customers and colleagues. Chris began his career in 1998 as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, and subsequently held various senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry. In each of his previous roles, he spearheaded efforts to build and scale customer success organizations, design and execute world-class customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
