Chris brings an intense curiosity to his customer relationships, seeking first to understand their business context and specific needs. His dynamic interpersonal skills help him build meaningful, long-term relationships with his customers and colleagues. Chris began his career in 1998 as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, and subsequently held various senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry. In each of his previous roles, he spearheaded efforts to build and scale customer success organizations, design and execute world-class customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

EXPERIENCE

Chris Bulkley is Director, Client Engagement at FMG Leading. An enthusiastic, customer-obsessed leader, Chris is passionate about building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams to surpass organizational goals. Chris brings a demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value business relationships with customers and internal partners. As a military-trained project manager and collaborative leader of cross-functional teams, Chris has over 15 years of experience in progressively senior management roles.

In his current role, Chris partners with clients to solve business problems and meet and exceed their business goals. He brings an intense curiosity to his customer relationships, seeking first to understand their business context and specific needs. Chris’s dynamic interpersonal skills help him build meaningful, long-term relationships with his customers and colleagues.

Chris began his career in 1998 as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. After leaving the Army, he worked at Procter & Gamble, and later held concurrent roles in the Army National Guard and at athenahealth, where he served in various senior customer success-focused roles. Chris has also held Vice President and Director positions at HealthEdge, Koha Health, Real Chemistry, and Moxe Health. In each of his previous roles, he spearheaded efforts to build and scale customer success organizations, design and execute world-class customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

OTHER INTEREST AREAS

Chris is a co-inventor on the patent of a Healthcare Information Communication System designed to reduce the burden of collecting patient information during visits. In addition to his passion for improving healthcare, Chris serves as a trustee for his church and is the adjutant for his local American Legion post.

EDUCATION

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

PERSONAL

Chris lives in Windham, New Hampshire with his wife and two children. He enjoys the Boston sports scene, cooking, and traveling.
