David brings nearly 30 years of Fortune 50 Corporate Human Resources experience to his role at FMG Leading, including executive roles in Talent, Leadership & Development and as an HR Business Partner.
David translates his experience into pragmatic solutions for high-growth companies. As an accomplished Human Resources executive, he has the ability to help clients effectively integrate HR roles into overall business and growth strategies. David also serves clients as an executive coach, where he supports his clients in solving problems such as: insufficient leadership skills, dysfunctional executive teams, M&A challenges, talent recruitment and retention, and HR and management issues.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from Washington University, and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Michigan.
