Prior to joining FMG Leading, Dovie was a founding leader at Arion Blue, a Houston based multi-discipline service provider for the energy industry. Along with the CEO and COO, Dovie built the business plan over a 9-month period before launching the company in April 2018. In her role as Vice President, Corporate Services at Arion, Dovie established and scaled several back-office functions, including the HR organization enabling rapid growth of the organization.
