As a former Chief People Officer herself, Emily knows the importance of getting the human capital side of the business right. She specializes in helping clients design and deliver critical business strategies and solutions, such as attracting and developing talent, organizational design, executive coaching, change management, and high-performing team development, all designed to support a thriving workplace.

Emily Moses is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that partners with healthcare leaders to transform the industry at the intersection of humanity and high performance. For more than two decades, Emily has helped leaders across a wide span of industries enhance performance and achieve excellence by operating in line with one core belief: unlocking one’s fullest potential starts with finding their true purpose.

As a People Operations Executive and Partner, Emily uses tailored, person-centered solutions to help leaders, teams, and organizations tap into their innate power to achieve outcomes that only they can offer. As a former Chief People Officer herself, Emily knows the importance of getting the human capital side of the business right. She specializes in helping clients design and deliver critical business strategies and solutions, such as attracting and developing talent, organizational design, executive coaching, change management, and high-performing team development, all designed to support a thriving workplace. Recognized for her authenticity, adaptability, and exemplary communication skills, Emily thrives when partnering with companies along all stages of their journey. Emily’s experience adds value along every stage of a client lifecycle, from start-up to scale-up; growth phase and also mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to FMG Leading, Emily spent several years in senior executive roles within organizations that operate at the intersection of technology and healthcare services. Most recently, Emily served as Chief People Officer across two healthcare tech start-ups, Post Acute Analytics and Lirio. In these respective roles, Emily led their People and Culture teams, laying the necessary foundation for people operations. From defining the organizational vision and culture, to building targeted people operations systems, strategies and analytics, Emily played an instrumental in driving the growth of both organizations.

Prior to stepping into the role of CPO role, Emily spent several years at healthcare company naviHealth, where she served as People Operations leader for the COO and Market Presidents. At naviHealth, Emily partnered with executive level leaders to develop and execute people strategies that aligned growth strategy with people-focused initiatives and and best practices to accelerate performance. During her tenure, she helped lead the organization through a season of hyper-growth following the completion of three successful transactions, requiring the hire of over 800 new colleagues over a six-month time frame.

Emily is also the founder of Leave Your Mark, an advisory firm that helps organizations develop, cultivate, operate and ensure success of their people.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Emily earned a B.S in Business from Auburn University and is an iPEC certified professional coach and certified facilitator for Everything DiSC and Right Turns: Change in Action.

PERSONAL

Emily has lived in Nashville, TN since 2009. She enjoys weekends on the lacrosse, football and soccer fields, or relaxing at the lake with her family. Emily loves meeting new people and hearing their stories.
