Jonathan holds a master’s in organization development from Fielding Graduate University and a bachelor’s in history from University of California, Berkeley.

Jonathan is a foremost expert in executive assessment and 360-degree feedback. A sought-after facilitator of assessment and development centers across the U.S. and globally, Jonathan’s expertise holds a central strategy in his broader leader development and succession work. Before joining FMG Leading, Jonathan parlayed earlier years in operational, management and creative roles, including those with P&L responsibility, into a successful career in organizational and leadership development. He held positions ranging from director of global leadership development at a major technology company to VP of leadership development for a large global financial institution. In corporate and consulting roles, Jonathan has designed and delivered leadership development and succession management programs that have yielded significant improvements in bench strength as well as bottom-line contributions measured in the tens of millions. Jonathan has coached and consulted hundreds of leaders, from C-suite officers at Fortune 100 companies to high-powered creative artists.He has worked across industries including Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Oil & Gas, Health Care, Specialty Retail, and Personal Development. Jonathan has significant experience working with VP, SVP and EVP level executives individually and in groups to facilitate durable improvements in self-reliant problem solving and leadership excellence.

Jonathan holds a master’s in organization development from Fielding Graduate University and a bachelor’s in history from University of California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Professional Coach and holds a number of certifications in assessment and development tools and methodologies.

PERSONAL

A native of California, Jonathan now lives in Colorado with his wife, teenage daughter, and their wise and discerning dog, Moose. Jonathan is a good cook, average fly fisherman, and poor singer who steadfastly maintains that enthusiasm precedes skill in all.
