Landen Zernickow
A seasoned advisor and consultant with a range of diverse and international experience, Landen brings over 15 years of expertise in organizational development, talent development, learning and knowledge management, continuous improvement, and strategic communications.
Landen currently supports FMG Leading’s Organizational Transformation practice. She partners with clients who are navigating complex change at scale, helping them align talent processes, execution capabilities, and communications initiatives. Throughout her career, Landen has focused on building team and organizational capacity, to help clients collectively accomplish their missions. Prior to FMG Leading, Landen served as an Associate Consultant for Dialogues In Action, a leadership, evaluation, and strategy firm in Portland, Oregon, where she helped nonprofit and public sector teams assess their impact and align strategy with values and intention.
Landen earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Master’s of Public Administration from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
