Lendaly brings over 13 years of diverse human resources and payroll experience to the team.

Prior to joining FMG Leading, Lendaly worked for the large retailer, Best Buy, where she developed and prepared health & safety programs, annual open enrollment, leave of absences, FMLA, 401 (k) and benefits enrollment programs. Lendaly also worked at a tech startup where she provided HR related support that included full employee life-cycle support, employee handbook development, and support for the talent and finance teams. In addition to her work, Lendaly brings a passion for cultural and societal diversity, and is an active volunteer in her community.

Lendaly earned a Medical Assistant Certification from Concorde Institute.

EXPERIENCE

Lendaly Luna serves as Human Resources Associate at FMG Leading, an advisory firm that creates world-class organizations at the intersection of humanity and high performance. Lendaly brings over 13 years of diverse human resources and payroll experience to the team. Her areas of subject expertise include employee relations and engagement, HR compliance, performance management, policy and handbook development, compensation planning, and benefits administration.

Prior to joining FMG Leading, Lendaly worked for the large retailer, Best Buy. She worked her way up on the retail side of the business for five years, eventually supporting the “Geek Squad” as Field Services HR Specialist. In this role, Lendaly supported field and corporate team members across several key markets in four states across the Southeastern U.S.A. While at Best Buy, she developed and prepared health & safety programs, annual open enrollment, leave of absences, FMLA, 401 (k) and benefits enrollment.

Most recently, Lendaly held the role of HR and Benefits Operations Manager for a startup tech company, where she administered payroll and created processes that eliminated payroll errors. She also provided HR related support that included full employee life-cycle support, employee handbook development, and support for the talent and finance teams.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Lendaly brings a passion for cultural and societal diversity, and is an active volunteer in her community. She is an active member of VOTO Latino, a grassroots political organization focused on educating and empowering a new generation of Latinx voters, and creating a more robust and inclusive democracy.

Lendaly is also an active member of Fair Fight and GALEO, national organizations rooted in Georgia. Fair Fight encourages voter participation in elections and educates voters about elections and their voting rights. GALEO’s mission is to increase civic engagement and leadership of the Latino/Hispanic community across Georgia; the organization strives to ensure the Latino community is engaged civically and its contributions and concerns are recognized.

EDUCATION

Lendaly earned a Medical Assistant Certification from Concorde Institute.

PERSONAL

Originally from New York, Lendaly now calls Atlanta, GA home. Outside of work, Lendaly enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, the great outdoors, cooking and traveling.
