Leonard played eight years in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings, and the Carolina Panthers after being selected in the third round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He is currently an Executive Director for the NFL, an Ambassador for the NFL, and an NFL Transitions Coach, where he serves current and former players with resources and support as they transition into and out of professional football. Leonard is also a performance coach for NASCAR, helping drivers and pit crews master the art of communication and listening in high-pressure situations. In addition to his consulting and advisory work with the NFL and NASCAR, Leonard has also served as a personal and executive coach for fortune 100 & 500 companies for nearly 20 years.
