A skilled coach and consultant, Linda brings over 30 years of broad organizational experience to her role.

Linda coaches and advises senior leaders across a wide range of industries including healthcare, financial services, and education, helping them navigate the challenges of innovation and change. Her areas of emphasis include executive leader development, leading change, project and program management, and communicating for connection and impact. Linda has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Harvard Extension School’s graduate-level management degree program, and currently contributes as a coach and facilitator for a variety of executive education programs offered by Harvard Business School focused on elevating management and leadership capabilities.

Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix, a B.A. in English-Communications from Fort Lewis College, and a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.

EXPERIENCE

Linda Miklas is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a team of advisors and coaches who help clients build world-class organizations at the intersection of humanity and high performance. A skilled coach and consultant with over 30 years of broad organizational experience, she specializes in executive coaching, senior leader development, and team performance.

Linda is an insightful guide, and an incisive, straight-forward communicator who fosters forward motion through reflective dialog, frameworks, and models. She has extensive experience conducting customized qualitative leadership assessment that inform thoughtful reflection and intentional action toward meaningful results. Her areas of emphasis include executive and leadership development, leading change, project and program management, and communicating for connection and impact.

Linda has held key leadership roles in a range of industries including higher education, banking, aviation, and records and information management; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service.

Most recently, Linda founded Radiant Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she most often advises leaders taking on the challenges associated with new, expanded roles. Linda primarily coaches leaders in healthcare, higher education, science and research, and financial services, helping them navigate the complexity of innovation and change. She fosters a practical approach to organization planning, productivity, and quality, aimed toward strengthening individual and team performance.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Linda contributes as a coach and facilitator for a variety of Executive Education programs offered by Harvard Business School that are focused on elevating management and leadership capabilities. Linda has served as adjunct faculty at the Harvard Extension School, teaching Organization Behavior in the graduate-level management degree program. She volunteers with the American Corporate Partners and provides mentor coaching toward a coaching credential and/or certification.

ACADEMIC AFFILIATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in English- Communications from Fort Lewis College. She earned a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, is a fellow with the Institute of Coaching, and holds the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. Linda additionally earned the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certificate and numerous other organizational development certifications.

PERSONAL

Linda, along with her husband and two dogs, lives in Flagstaff Arizona. She enjoys visiting her grown children in Colorado and Arizona, and remains an avid seeker of connection to the great outdoors, through skiing and hiking in particular.
