Lisa is a proven leader in healthcare, healthcare consulting, and healthcare marketing with more than 25 years of professional experience.

Having worked in a variety of nursing, leadership, coaching and consulting roles, Lisa brings a keen insight and understanding of how complex organizations function. She has a depth of knowledge of the current healthcare market including operational, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance issues. As an executive coach and consultant, Lisa partners with individuals and teams to help identify and achieve their goals and strategic outcomes. She has coached executives and leaders in healthcare, government, higher education, Human Resources, and IT, and has also provided risk management consulting to multi-site hospital systems, pharmaceutical market research, and biotech.

Lisa earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, with graduate certificates in executive coaching and organizational consulting.

EXPERIENCE

Lisa Hompe is a Senior Consultant with FMG Leading, a team of advisors that helps clients build world-class organizations at the intersection of humanity and high performance. Lisa is a proven leader in healthcare, healthcare consulting, and healthcare marketing with more than 25 years of professional experience. With diverse experience working in a variety of nursing, leadership, coaching and consulting roles, she brings a keen insight and understanding of how complex organizations function. Lisa has a depth of knowledge of the current healthcare market including operational, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance issues.

Lisa’s experience includes building and growing a successful team and leading operations for a new pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center while working with multiple stakeholders and leaders across the organization. She was also the Perioperative leader for the vision, strategy and operations for a new hospital within the same enterprise, and held a role in healthcare marketing with a major insurer. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as a nurse educator, gaining staff training, education, and program development experience.

As an executive coach and consultant, Lisa partners with individuals and teams to help identify and achieve their goals and strategic outcomes. She has coached executives and leaders in healthcare, government, higher education, Human Resources, and IT, and has also provided risk management consulting to multi-site hospital systems, pharmaceutical market research, and biotech.

Lisa’s forte is in building authentic, collaborative partnerships to help clients discover and achieve optimal outcomes. Lisa believes the key to success of an organization resides in the culture and the individual people who drive that culture within an organization. With an appreciative, holistic, strengths-based approach with clients, Lisa is passionate about helping leaders and teams grow and discover their optimal path forward in complex, uncertain and changing environments.

ACADEMIC AFFILIATIONS

Lisa earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Her graduate thesis focused on qualitative outcomes research with senior leaders who’ve had executive coaching in a healthcare setting, examining emotional intelligence and leadership competencies in a complex, uncertain environment. Lisa also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She is ICF certified, is trained in health coaching from Duke Integrative Medicine, and is a strong advocate for health promotion and mindfulness. Lisa holds several additional professional certifications in coaching and a range of psychometric assessment tools.

PERSONAL

Lisa lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and 3 adult daughters. When not working she enjoys cooking, golf, yoga, traveling and time with her rescue dog Max.
