He is an expert in scaling people-driven organizations from proof-of-concept to national rollouts, and creates value by helping clients identify key strategies that create measurable business outcomes.

Mike brings over 15 years of professional experience at rapid-growth health care services firms, leading high-functioning teams that tackled complex challenges across the healthcare industry. As Market President for naviHealth, Mike has developed and executed market strategy for a region responsible for $1.2B in post-acute healthcare spend and 1.5M members. He has also helped to launch nine separate payer and provider clients across eight states, resulting in a medical cost savings of over $250M.

Mike earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with Majors in Health Care Management and Entrepreneurial Management, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.

He brings over 15 years of professional experience at rapid-growth health care services firms, leading high-functioning teams that tackled complex challenges across the health care industry.  Mike specializes in helping healthcare clients identify and build the leadership capabilities required to create meaningful transformation. He is an expert in scaling people-driven organizations from proof-of-concept to national rollouts, and creates value by helping clients identify key strategies that create measurable business outcomes.

Prior to FMG Leading, Mike served as Market President for naviHealth, a healthcare company dedicated to pioneering the future of improved senior-centered care. At naviHealth, he developed and executed market strategy for a region responsible for $1.2B in post-acute healthcare spend and 1.5M members. Mike also helped to launch nine separate payer and provider clients across eight states, resulting in a medical cost savings of over $250M.

Mike has also served as the Director of Client Experience at Accolade, a healthcare services organization that provides care delivery, navigation, and advocacy services to help every person live their healthiest life. While at Accolade, he designed and implemented company-wide rapid response processes for clients to define targeted engagement strategies and actionable root cause data, enabling the prevention of repeat issues.

Mike earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with Majors in Health Care Management and Entrepreneurial Management, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University. He holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an EMCC Accredited Coach.

PERSONAL

Mike lives outside Philadelphia with his wife, Tracy, his two daughters, Ashley and Erin, and their calico cat, Olivia. When not working, Mike can be found teaching yoga classes, playing bass in a cover band, or pursuing new fitness goals.
