Richard brings over 25 years of experience helping leaders, teams and organizations achieve breakthrough results. In addition to his coaching work, he serves as a team, leadership, and organizational development consultant. Richard's executive coaching practice is dedicated to building leadership capacity and impact, particularly during crucial transition periods and when undertaking challenging new assignments.
