In addition to his coaching work, Richard serves as a team, leadership, and organizational development consultant. His executive coaching practice is dedicated to building leadership capacity and impact, particularly during crucial transition periods and when undertaking challenging new assignments.

In addition to his coaching work, he serves as a team, leadership, and organizational development consultant. Richard is the Founder and Chief Energizing Officer of Leapfrog Innovations, Inc. In addition to his role leading Leapfrog Innovations and his work with FMG Leading, he serves as an executive leadership coach for MIT Sloan Executive Education and the University of Oregon Lundquist School of Business Executive MBA program.

Richard is also deeply involved in his community, where he serves as an executive leadership coach for non-profit leaders. PERSONAL

Richard is a father of three, and lives in Portland, OR. He is an award-winning painter, a ceramic artist, a pickleball fanatic, lover of the outdoors, and an accredited Reiki Master.
