Sandy holds a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and a MEd in Human Resources Development from Boston University.

She is masterful at designing and facilitating strategic meetings on topics such as strategic planning, executive team effectiveness, organization redesign and alignment, culture change, talent management, succession planning and many other business topics.

Sandy is also a highly skilled executive coach who has worked with leaders at all levels for over fifteen years across a variety of industries. She quickly builds trust with her clients, understands their challenges, and partners with them to make great strides forward.

Sandy also designs and delivers leadership development workshops for clients to increase their management and leadership capabilities. Her sessions are highly interactive and engaging, with a focus on immediate application.

ACADEMIC AFFILIATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Sandy earned a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and a MEd in Human Resources Development from Boston University. She was trained at the Coaches Training Institute, and is certified in EQi (Emotional Intelligence), MBTi, Hogan, Enneagram, LVI, and a number of other well-known 360 assessment instruments.

PERSONAL

Originally from New York, Sandy now lives outside of Boston. When not working, she enjoys travel, singing, and being on the water.
