EXPERIENCE

Selma is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a group of advisors, researchers and educators that create world-class organizations at the intersection of humanity and high performance. Selma serves as an executive and leadership coach as well as a Senior Consultant for FMG Leading clients, in one-on-one settings, team, and group learning programs.

Prior to FMG Leading, Selma worked for Deloitte UK, as a management consultant, where she worked with major global financial services and pharmaceutical companies to design, train, and deliver organization transformation. Over the past 15 years Selma has focused on organizational development partnering with senior leaders to create and deliver customized programs and approaches to facilitate change. As a Certified Coach Practitioner and Integral Coach, Selma specializes in working with senior executives to unlock their authenticity, while providing support in career and personal situations around sustainability and wellbeing. Selma works with her clients through stressful and high-pressure situations, sharing key insights to support leadership goals and breakthroughs. Her approach involves empathetic listening, getting to the heart of the matter and revealing key blind spots.

In addition to her work with FMG Leading, Selma is the Founder of Delight Leadership, a global leadership development company supporting leaders to tell their authentic story and thrive.  Selma creates unique spaces and workshops for leaders to disconnect and have an opportunity to learn how to lead from within. Selma works with heart centered and grounded leadership practices for life transformation and personal growth.
