A relationship-focused leader and executive coach with a background in strategic change, Shaine brings over two decades of experience supporting healthcare leaders and organizations to her role of Principal, Consulting Delivery, with FMG Leading.

Shaine focuses on tapping into the potential of leaders, teams and organizations through advisory, and delivery. Her facilitation style invites leaders and teams to think creatively about strategic change and the human capital required to support successful transformation. She previously led curriculum design and healthcare-focused strategy efforts at The Center for Health Professions at The University of California at San Francisco, where she built expertise and experience in clinical leadership design and execution.

Shaine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Washington University, and her Masters in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.

EXPERIENCE

Shaine is Principal, Consulting Delivery with FMG Leading, a team of advisors who help clients achieve breakthrough performance through world-class human capital strategy. She is a relationship-focused leader and executive coach who brings extensive experience, specifically in healthcare leadership and organizational development.

Shaine focuses on tapping into the potential of leaders, teams and organizations through advisory and delivery. Her facilitation style invites leaders and teams to think creatively about strategic change and the human capital required to support successful transformation. Shaine also uses a variety of assessment tools to help deepen individual and team awareness and effectiveness. A few of Shaine’s previous and current clients include Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Synapse, Optum, Ivy Rehab, and Southern Veterinary Partners.

Shaine is also serves in a leadership capacity for FMG Leading’s community of talent, providing direct guidance and development to our growing consulting bench, while ensuring senior resources are well positioned to continue to deliver value to our clients.

Before joining FMG Leading, Shaine built expertise and experience in clinical leadership design and execution at The Center for the Health Professions at The University of California at San Francisco. In that role, she drove curriculum design and strategy focused on current and future healthcare issues, while providing leadership and support to the California Healthcare Leaders Network Board of Directors and Alumni network.

ACADEMIC AFFILIATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Shaine earned a Masters in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Washington University. She is a certified administrator and facilitator of the Hogan and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instruments, the Intercultural Development Inventory, and the Enneagram.

PERSONAL

Shaine (mostly) lives in the Bay Area but always enjoys exploring new cities, trying new foods, and engaging in new conversations.
