Shara Hutchinson is a dynamic change management practitioner, talent optimizer and leadership strategist. She has helped countless organizations develop and execute processes for scale, strategically navigate change and innovate by “breaking out of the box.”
An established change agent, Shara has nearly twenty years of experience developing and implementing operational and talent strategies that drive revenue retention and expansion of recurring revenue. She helps organizations evolve teams from their startup phases to enterprise level, and scale their processes to match growth and support business objectives.
Leveraging her strong background in customer service leadership, Shara also helps organizations drive results by optimizing the overall customer experience. She works in partnership with clients to streamline processes that support customer service, and hire, develop and motivate high-performing customer-centric teams.
Shara earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University and a Dual MBA and Master of Arts degree from Ohio Christian University.
