EXPERIENCE

Victoria Reichenberg is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that help clients build world class organizations by aligning business strategy with human capital performance. With over 20 years of operations and business expertise, Victoria brings an evidence-based approach that blends real-world experience with the latest in behavioral science to help leaders and teams maximize their performance.

As a certified executive coach with a master’s degree in organization development, Victoria advises C-suite and VP level executives, primarily in the healthcare, life science, and technology sectors. She specializes in the art of communication, helping her clients master the ability to resolve high-stakes conversations, including peer conflict and difficult feedback. Victoria’s deep interest in behavioral science supports clients in understanding how their strengths, values, and habits can be leveraged to ensure their self-development goals are achievable and sustainable. Additionally, she is an astute student of how power operates within organizations; she uses this expertise to help clients hone their influence-building skills and articulate their unique leadership brand.

Victoria spent her early career leading creative teams for companies like Visa, Microsoft, Cisco and Gap. As a filmmaker, she produced stories focused on driving employee engagement in countries around the world, including India, Mexico, Japan, and Australia. Her rigorous international experience has given her a unique understanding of how resource limitations, competing demands, and time pressure impact team performance and business outcomes.

Prior to joining FMG, Victoria led a broad team at Kaiser Permanente focused on helping senior leaders implement major culture changes to adjust to the adoption of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Victoria has gone on to partner with Kaiser Permanente, as well as many other clients including Optum, LinkedIn, LA Children’s Hospital, KPMG, Samsung, and Gilead, among others.

ACADEMIC AFFILIATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in coaching, and is a board-certified PCC coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Victoria holds numerous professional certifications including Leadership Circle Profile, Enneagram iEQ9, Immunity to Change, ORSC Team Coaching, and Positive Intelligence. She is a graduate of the Applied Neuroscience program at the Brain First Institute and the Applied Compassion program at Stanford University.

PERSONAL

When not helping teams and organizations, Victoria enjoys traveling and being outdoors. She lives in Oakland with her wonderful family including her husband, two children, their rescue dog, and two very lazy cats.
