San Diego, CA – November 8, 2018 – FMG Leading is proud to announce that Leslie Solomon, Director, Healthcare, has successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, “Value Dilemmas and Identity Formation in Healthcare Executives: A Collective Case Study Using a Subject-Object Lens”, at Saybrook University, earning her the title, Leslie Solomon, Ph.D.
Dr. Solomon’s dissertation focuses on the challenges that healthcare leaders are facing in an unprecedented era characterized by extreme market conditions, volatility in the legislative landscape, and disruption in the delivery of care. The collective case study describes some of the key value dilemmas senior healthcare executives encounter at work and characterizes the way executives construct meaning when facing value dilemmas.
Dr. Solomon has over 25 years of experience maximizing human potential for growth, improved performance and meaning in work. She brings deep expertise in healthcare leadership development, talent management, quality process improvement, change and transformation. In addition to her doctoral degree from Saybrook University, Dr. Solomon earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and her Master of Science degree with honors in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
